Yeah, I figured that. They didn't seem overly upset but advised against it.dang, I was hoping a software init. would take care of it. Hopefully it's not hardware related. let us know what they find!
(also, it would be super rare for you to brick the truck by reinstalling software from the service menu, but I guess they "have" to tell customers that so people don't mess around with stuff they don't understand.)
I really hope it's not hardware related because I already had the PCS replaced along with 3 other components and harnesses. It took almost 4 weeks and the service center is 2.5 hours away.
