Really? Then the initial post was confusing. It seemed to suggest this was from New York. These were seen when the truck was in Austin, when it was under an open sky.

Yes, this photo is from New York. But these were previously seen in Austin. I don't know where in the thread it's at, I haven't had time to dig.Really? Then the initial post was confusing. It seemed to suggest this was from New York.
Or did you mean the Austin sighting was a separate instance altogether than when the photo posted above was taken?
Thank you! It isn’t a reflection I am pretty sure of that. And yea it’s a small thing to notice but interesting. Glad someone else saw it and posted it prior. Thanks!Yes, this photo is from New York. that’s a good one also! The new circles in the CT vault floor where noticed in Austin.
I had speculated that they had test fit a gigapress casting and these holes were related to that effort.
But hell, it's a prototype and its probably been taken apart and had stuff test fitted a couple dozen times.
the track system initially talked about from Tesla is the track on the top side in the truck bed...Do we know it has a track system? Has it ever been confirmed? I know the early speculation was that it had a track system but the newly released high resolution original images cast doubt on that. Hopefully Elon heard the chatter and will include it in the final version if it is something that would be practical to keep clean and in working order.

the tslot bed is not gonna happen, makes no sense, is way too expensive.
it’ll be interesting to see the final production model that’s for sure
I agree, T-slots would have to be milled into a sheet of no less than quarter inch, that's a lot of weight and a lot of stainless steel. Not happening IMHOthe track system initially talked about from Tesla is the track on the top side in the truck bed...

Your post about Austin was only the 14th comment. Nobody else mentioned Austin in this thread prior to that.Yes, this photo is from New York. But these were previously seen in Austin. I don't know where in the thread it's at, I haven't had time to dig.

I hope I'm doing this right. Above should be from the Austin post. In which you can see the same two circles.
