My main concern is that I keep hearing that the Mars are louder than the Tesla OEM‘s. I also thought about that with the starlink in the bed but the problem with that is that if it’s raining outside, you don’t want to be opening the tonneau cover.

A couple interesting features not seen in aftermarket versions: rubber insert that holds the bolt in place while loosened, fits commonly available 3/8” carriage bolts, and the ends are secured when locked.

I was going to get a side sail molle on one side with their utility bar on the other, starlink mini mount and the weboost mount. Super quick to remove—takes me about 60 seconds with a ratchet I keep handy. I also carry a spare power adapter, just in case a sheep decides to get creative with wire-cutting. My Cybertruck stays garaged and is never left unattended for long with the Starlink mounted. Here in Cali, I’ve never had anyone mess with it.
I won’t deny I almost went with Urander, it was definitely my second choice. That said, I wasn’t about to drop serious money just to test products. I’d been in several Cybertrucks with different racks, and hands down, MARS and Urander had the least wind noise. Since I was already buying from MARS, it made sense to stick with them. Their mission aligned with mine, and at the time, their design was backed by solid science, unlike most of the others out there. No regrets going with MARS.How’s the wind noise?
