One time use $2500, email I think states differently

I have a foundation cyberbeast and have never received any voucher - how do I get this voucher for the $2,500? They never have sent me an email with a choice between PowerShare or the voucher. I have tried calling the 800 number- talked to local Tesla center and so on but no luck.

Does anyone have a phone number with their voucher for questions perhaps???
I did receive my covers and even my lightbar but no voucher…

You might want to check your “wallet” in your app account that is where you will find it
As I was told you wouldn’t have been able to leave the delivery center with out receiving the E mail and accepting the terms. I didn’t evens see it I was so excited and would have signed anything ?. Possibly went to your spam ? You can also use your app to message them

Okay friends - here is the answer you want— I just hung up with an gal at Tesla that works in the accessory Tesla department and she said that originally it was true you had to use your entire voucher all at once. But they have reversed this policy. If you get a credit today - you can spend it a little at a time.

If you used your voucher in the past for say a shirt for $100 and your remaining $2,400 credit disappeared — Tesla is correcting that by sending you a gift card for the remaining $2,400. She did say to be patient as they are working on this issue but that you will receive a gift card within a month if not sooner.

This was directly from Ashley in the department at Tesla that handles accessories and was involved in advocating for this correction which has been approved…

No it is not the SAME for everyone !! Trust me I’ve been through this and their are MANY threads about this. In the beginning yes this was the case it was 1 time use and it stated it in your e mail when you agreed to the power share pass before leaving the yard.
in August when I received my AWD FS I posted “what should I buy and had gotten 1 thing ! Everyone jumped in saying “you blew it it was one time use” I lost my mind and ran down to the delivery center. EVERYONE in there said “yeah it is one time” but 1 said “did you recover the r mail you would have had to sighn before leaving the yard? I quickly searched e mails and realized I did get a e mail I didn’t read and it was for the power share and it started what his says “can be used in Tesla store as credit and anything not used by 1 year of date of purchase will be forfeited “. I showed them this and all of them were mind blown. Not one of them knew they changed it. I checked my credit and sure enough there was still 2k left on it!
thank god, as I left one woman ran out to the parking lot asking me to forward her the e mail saying “ her boss who deals with this didn’t even know and would like to send it to her “.
Your credit will show up in your wallet on your app. yes read your e mail. Because not everyone is the same and who knows when they change it again with out telling anyone !
i wil post this again in 2 months when this subject appears again ?

Good info. Thanks for sharing...again. Yeah I searched but didn't find the info I needed. But good insight.
