I initially received the voucher code, but it seems it’s no longer valid. However, I now see a $2,500 credit in my Tesla account wallet. I have a couple of questions:
1. Is the credit still limited to a one-time use, or can I make multiple purchases over time since it’s now in my wallet?
2. Besides the MOLLE panels for the left and right sides, the vault divider, and a few smaller items, I’m struggling to find practical ways to use the credit. My current cart totals around $980. While I could add items I don’t need, I’d prefer not to do that. I’m concerned that if I don’t spend the full amount, I might lose the remaining balance.

Does anyone have suggestions on what to use the credit for or advice based on their experience?

I had to bug Tesla to get my voucher. Picked up my Beast 31Jun last year, bugged Tesla until I finally got my voucher, which comes in an email about a month ago, and the $2,500 shows up as credit on my phone Tesla application. The email stated I had a year to use the credit...... so I bought the snow tire set as soon they were back in stock, but you can buy whatever Tesla stuff you want from the phone app. Since my tires were $500 over my credit, I had to fork up that $500.

This is the email I received from Tesla:

To improve your experience using your Tesla Shop credit, we have converted your previously sent Tesla Shop voucher corresponding to (RNxxxxxxxxxx) to a $2,500 credit added to your Tesla Account balance. (1) This balance may now be used for multiple transactions on Tesla Shop.

View your balance in the Wallet section of the Tesla App or under Tesla Credits in your account on Tesla Shop.

(1) Promotional balance can only be used exclusively on Shop.Tesla.com. Any unused balance remaining after 1 year on 07 December 2025 will be forfeited. The promotional balance cannot be reissued, transferred or redeemed for cash and is not valid towards the purchase of Tesla gift cards or alcohol.

Thank you.

I never received the email, but see the credit in my wallet. Can you share the subject of the email?

Tesla Shop Customer Support turned my one time use Shop Voucher into two separate ones so I can purchase 2 sets of spare tires for my two Cyberbeasts, one set with Cyber Wheel and AT tire and the other with Core Wheel and AS tire. My Core Wheel with AS tire kit installed by Service Center as shown and next up will be my Cyber Wheel with AT tire for my other Cyberbeast. Thanks Tesla.(y)

I just depleted mine with molle panels, spare tire, vault divider, clothes and sundries.

I was really serious about using it for Powershare, but the whole Qmerit quote process was super slow, the quote I did get was fairly outrageous and the vendor warned that the permitting process was likely to take months.

I did get that email regarding the credit conversion late last year iirc.

I got the $2500 as store credit Sep 2024 and used it to buy the wall charger. Have in my list to buy two wiper blades and two hepa filters. Need to think what to do with the remainder.

I read somewhere on this forum that I can use it for super charging payments, have not tried it yet. Does anyone know for sure this is possible?

Was thinking to use it for service center work, but there should be hardly any costs, right? No service required in the first year, any work needed should be warranty repairs?

The ramp would be useful, but there are (better/nicer) ramps available elsewhere. However, if otherwise I loose the remaining balance it still could be well spend. Same for a cover.

I like the suggestion to buy another set of tires. Might not be needed for some time, but just as the wiper blades and hepa filters they will be needed, so useful to have.

Do have a few more months to think about what to spend it on.
