One time use $2500, email I think states differently

So I was under the impression that it was one time use. Now I read the fine print and it says unused balance will be forfeited Sept 2025.
That sounds like it's not just one time use?
Has anyone tried recently or does anyone know the answer?
I reached out to Tesla and haven't gotten any good feedback which is sad really.

I think it's addressing use by sept 2025, which if one time use still applies, would be $2500, or completely unused.

I’m understanding the message you received as not being a one time use and only losing what’s left after a year. I had credits from a referral, that had similar language, that I had a year to use. I received a message from Tesla the day before they expired to use or lose them. I’ll also note that it didn’t allow me to buy accessories for my MY or CT with them.

The email I received for the $2500 credit I got for not using the 3V Gateway specifically and clearly said one time use and did allow it to be used on accessories.

I don’t understand how Tesla decides who gets what message or how they’re able to use them, but the language seems clear.

Yeh, back in May my son gave me a $100 gift card, not knowing gift card was “one time use” I purchased a $100 pair of “Cyber” socks! I felt cheated

Unfortunately it really is one-time use. I purchased some items and went back to use some of the balance and the voucher is not longer available. Drive you crazy. No one to talk to, complain to...

I'd be happy to be able to use mine. I've tried to order 2 spare tire kits on app. Useless app. Service center couldn't make app work. They ordered 2 kits 2 months ago. Still waiting. Had flat, had to get towed.

I have a foundation cyberbeast and have never received any voucher - how do I get this voucher for the $2,500? They never have sent me an email with a choice between PowerShare or the voucher. I have tried calling the 800 number- talked to local Tesla center and so on but no luck.

Does anyone have a phone number with their voucher for questions perhaps???
I did receive my covers and even my lightbar but no voucher…

Unfortunately you will have to keep trying to contact them. Person to person and message them. Worst CS I have had in quite some time. No one answers phone. They seem to prefer the mssgs but you have no idea who even replies. It's like it's a different person each time and it's exhausting.
I still don't have a good answer regarding the 2500. The rep says it is what it says. But won't say yeah u can get a belt buckle while waiting for other stuff. No. They won't say that out loud.

No it is not the SAME for everyone !! Trust me I’ve been through this and their are MANY threads about this. In the beginning yes this was the case it was 1 time use and it stated it in your e mail when you agreed to the power share pass before leaving the yard.
in August when I received my AWD FS I posted “what should I buy and had gotten 1 thing ! Everyone jumped in saying “you blew it it was one time use” I lost my mind and ran down to the delivery center. EVERYONE in there said “yeah it is one time” but 1 said “did you recover the r mail you would have had to sighn before leaving the yard? I quickly searched e mails and realized I did get a e mail I didn’t read and it was for the power share and it started what his says “can be used in Tesla store as credit and anything not used by 1 year of date of purchase will be forfeited “. I showed them this and all of them were mind blown. Not one of them knew they changed it. I checked my credit and sure enough there was still 2k left on it!
thank god, as I left one woman ran out to the parking lot asking me to forward her the e mail saying “ her boss who deals with this didn’t even know and would like to send it to her “.
Your credit will show up in your wallet on your app. yes read your e mail. Because not everyone is the same and who knows when they change it again with out telling anyone !
