Partial delamination front stainless

Going in for service and June 16. Hopefully no one gets injured with the sharp edge sticking out.

Tesla switched to a new structural adhesive in 2025. It’s now blue in color.

could always try some double sided tape to tide you over until then. thats a good point.

I did not hit anything and Sentry did not show anyone doing anything to the truck. Maybe the car wash had something to do with it loosening? Otherwise have no idea other than poor installation or bad adhesive.

Rivets: if it’s good for accelerator pedals, it’s good enough for body panels.

Yes, all cybertrucks with around vin 75k and lower have the older grey glue and it can separate from the stainless, my first truck got bought back for this
