my two powerwalls over night once in a while lose 1 percent. That's only 27kw but 4 percent of 123kw? it's like running a microwave all night. My house would be dead in the morning at that rate. It's just surprising. Guess I'll have to plan on running an extension cord to my neighbors house. Ha!
Like I said, sentry mode was on all the cars. This is known to drain them. Turn it off if you don't want the battery to drain.

like you said. pfft. I did get caught up in it and forgot about the sentry mode. I've heard that does drain significantly from others. you're right there. but you were plugged in so shouldn't the system keep it at what you set the charge Percent at?

If I was plugged in, my test was without being plugged in.

So I did an experiment last night to see how my cars lost battery percentage overnight. All 3 cars (CT, 2018 3 and 2023 Y) had sentry mode on and were plugged in. you said this.........

My bad! That was a typo. None of the cars were plugged in.

I'm case anyone is curious, here is the additional vehicle info. Interestingly it's not a 5g cell connection (at least not yet, maybe driver's for it in the future?)

Oh I like this

"Garage door opener: Not installed"

This implies there will indeed be an option for homelink, it just doesn't exist yet.

I thought that too, which would be great because I don't want to pay for myq or whatever it is.

For many people, it's a non-starter. Even if they (me included) are willing to bear another subscription, gates and community access doors cannot be modified to include myQ functionality. Whether it's way too far away from a potential wifi extender, or just that you aren't the owner of the gate/door to be allowed to modify it, people do need normal garage door opener functionality

Some pictures of the tow hitch and cover if you are curious.
