Here's another option that might work for some. It has a large battery, solar charging and a USB C connection. Could also attach a powerbank if you like. One guy even uses it for a front camera on his Tesla:The one I use in my Subaru (tried a couple others before):

I bought this about 5 years ago so am sure that there are many even better options now. Most are natively 5 volt (so would work via USB) but many use a plug-in 12v to 5v adapter to be compatible with fossils. On the Subaru it was simple to run the wire to the rear but there are also many versions that use a wireless rear camera (usually Wi-Fi).
I used the backup (with parking lines) function on the Subaru. It works well but of course isn't needed on Teslas.
