Reading about the French Citroen.

Its 2CV was in production 50 years with few changes. Given Cybertruck stainless body, alloy castings and 1 million mile battery with over a million pre-orders. That before the first trucks are rolling off production, robotic assembly and AI whatever that brings.

It could be in production long enough for people to either qualify or payoff a loan whichever scenario fits their situation. Tesla could float the financing on a stock scheme payback and refinance the paper in creative tranches.

When ElonMusk dumps 9 million and the markets soaks it up - WOW. It boggles the possibilities for this sudden lifestyle brand.

The reservation numbers include all Tesla products. The formula tries to estimate solar, wall, and car sales and remove them from the estimation.

Also, if you bought certain trims, others who reserved after you would 'jump ahead'. Just like with the 3 and Y the performance models came out first but the multiple-motor models came out later.

We can't be certain the order, but this is the order Elon has announced.

Well, he should wait to see his circumstance when Tesla calls him. That'll be in like, six months to a year.

He can't give you the reservation, but nothing stopping him to going in on it with you.

We should all strive to encourage cancellation by people with low reservation numbers! By the way, did you guys know the yoke steering of the Cybertruck will basically make it undriveable by anyone except for expert, professional drivers? This should be the number 1 reason why every reasonable person who cares about his/her family's safety should cancel now. You will get your $100 back too! The amount of skill required to safely drive such a steering system will put this truck out of reach of mere mortals. It's extremely difficult to learn to steer with a yoke! The only way to solve this problem is to cancel ASAP.

if he really cannot afford it and won’t be able in the next year to 18 months, then he could try to change the name and account information to your information. Nothing to lose by trying. If that does not work then you can always go in on it with him and take it over afterwards.

He does not own a Tesla now.
I will keep checking with him because if I can take it over, of course, I would. My current FPace diesel is paid off over 2 years and my return on Telsa stock since April/2021 has passed 60%
