Could be a seat sensor too. Not for sure, but maybe. Is anyone able to actually POWER OFF their CT?
When I select power off, the screen goes black but then turns back on and the vehicle reacts as it’s fully on. As in, I don’t believe the button works. (2024.45.32.15)
Sit there for a while and don't touch screen or the wheel/pedals... When the car goes to sleep the wheel should go limp. I remember my first time playing with my limp wheel... it was a lot of fun. People may stare at you, but-- it's your time, not theirs.I want to power off and experience the ‘limp’ steering wheel.. as is does when I close the door and walk away…
how to do this…?
I tired that also at the time. No delta. It still wouldn’t stay off. (This was during Thanksgiving 2024. And at the time, it was a known issue.)Could be a seat sensor too. Not for sure, but maybe.
I had a weird issue on my Model Y where the phone wouldn't connect automatically, turns out...it was the seat sensor. If it didn't detect me in the driver's seat is didn't try to connect to my phone. In hindsight I guess it makes sense.
It’ll be fine. I had to leave it parked for nearly 4 months. I parked it with around 70% battery and had plenty of battery left when I returned. Is there any way to actually shut the power off-off?
Like when I need to leave the Cybertruck at the airport for theee months??
