Does anyone know how you claim the charging credit if you declined the Powerwall option? I can’t figure out how to activate the credit? Help appreciated.

How did you initiate the decline process? I just replied back to the original text message thread that my tesla energy advisor started.

Based on my powershare email, i believe it is automatic after you fail to respond or decline.

" Your Tesla Certified Installer will contact you directly to schedule installation—if you do not respond within 21 days, your installation will be canceled. The quote you receive from your Tesla Certified Installer is valid for six months. If your installation has not been completed within that time, it will be canceled. If your installation is canceled, you will no longer be eligible for this Powershare Home Backup equipment installation offer and will instead receive a Tesla Shop voucher or referral credits. "

Understood, I’ve had my CT for two weeks and I have no credit and it seems impossible to get ahold of anyone?
