Has anyone pre-ordered products from Cyberrak? I placed a $1,200 deposit on January 18th, 2025 for a "Full Rack". I've received no updates or communication to date. website is https://www.cyberrak.com/shop/p/bed-over-rack-kit-w6dse. Their products look great. Hopefully, they're real...

Here are some things Perplexity has to say about CyberRak. The company does not publicly disclose detailed owner information on its website, social channels, or product listings. There is no available evidence suggesting its ownership is linked to larger public corporations, and it presents itself as an independent, USA-based business targeting a niche market. It claims to be USA based and US manufacturing but there is not evidence that is so. The cyberrack.com domain owner is likely connected to or operating from Israel. Thanks for the info. Really dumb mistake on my part. I was caught-up in my new CT and obviously wasn't thinking. Might as well send money to that Nigerian princesses that keeps emailing me...

I have a $3k deposit since around March this year, have received direct responses and updates to emails from the owner/founder. Prototypes have been completed, am waiting for the full founder series to place final order, expecting in early 2q next year. I think it is well designed, all stainless, built by tradespeople for trades. Have not seen anything comparable IMO.
