Can you please show a little more detail on how you get 4 panels up there and how you travel with them?
He mounted them with M10 spring nuts + M10 bolts on our crossbar. He has 6x 400W panels in the bed. He wanted all 6 panels on top of the bed cap for some overhang at Burning Man, but 45+mph sandstorms said nope 😂

So basically they are side by side so the long side of the panel hangs off the truck on each side creating a shade?
and when he travels they are a stack inside the vault?

Yeah, only really works if you’re parked for days, like at Burning Man

So. For real question. What’s the maximum amount of solar you can realistically put on top of one of these?

Looks like it’ll only fit two 400W panels if you don’t want any overhang on the sides

Pretty damn snazzy. What’s that awning? Does it fold up pretty small?
Yeah, it's a Coleman sunshade/canopy that I have had for over 15-years for going to the beach and stuff, and it finally dawned on me one day to use it to shade my Cyberbeast which doesn't fit in my garage. And it even matched the color of my house, lol, so it doesn't look too tacky.

I think Coleman changes there designs over the years so my exact one may not even be available anymore. It fold ups well, but I just leave it out there in my driveway now more-or-less permanently now. And Colemans are well built...like I said, I have had it for over 15-years and is (was) still going strong.

That said, I just wrecked the canopy a little as I just installed my Urander Flat Bed Rack and forgot it was on there and ripped the canopy a little bit pulling in on low suspension mode. It would have still fit if I had remembered to go entry mode first, but oh well... 🤷🏽‍♂️.

And, I just installed another 10" tall RTT on it, so I can't fit at all with it unless I raise it on a couple of cinder blocks under each leg, or something. 😂

This is my exact one:

Looks much more like dazzle or what was commonly called shock painting than camouflage. Love it. I don’t care for camo, but shock appeals to me.
Yeah, it's hard to explain what it is. When I designed it I was just going for random geometric shapes with sharp angles to match the theme/vibe of the Cybertruck's design. And to have different shades contrasting from brightest white (the vinyl itself), to the deepest black the printer could print, with different shades of gray in between. Honestly the light shades of blueish tint slipped in there by accident somehow, but I was happy with the result. It kind of gives it an ice-looking vibe.
