1] Can the Touchscreen be defaulted to the black nighttime mode? Like that more than all white view.

2] Can you use your own sound files? Like say a Tie-Fighter sound for when the car moves.

Maybe these types of questions should be submitted to the general Tesla community and, if you don’t get a reply or, maybe in lieu of waiting, you can submit a suggestion on a TeslaTap.

The Tesla Model 3 Owners Manual, page 86 has your answer:

Display Manually control the brightness and the DAY (light background) or NIGHT
(dark background) setting of the touchscreen. When set to AUTO, the
brightness changes automatically between day and night brightness based
on ambient lighting conditions.

Check out the videos from the i1Tesla YouTube channel, as he did customize the external sound output of his Model 3 in one of his episodes.

Found the video.
Was fun. But I was thinking of something built into the tesla screens kinda of like the fart options.

Elon says the horn will make goat sounds and that clapping coconuts would be cool for the low speed sounds. Looks like there will be selectable files. What would be cool if you could put your own but I'm guessing that since it's safety equipment they won't let you.

1. The touchscreen can be set to dark mode all the time, but you won't like it during the day because it will be hard to read from all the glare.
2. It seems Tesla will add customizations to the sounds that play from the external pedestrian warning speaker. Don't know what level of customizability it will have. Maybe they can have a custom sound play for the driver in the interior (for those that miss engine revving sounds).
