You forgot one option. Yes, I was already going to get the range extender… Now I feel even better about my decision.

I imagine so but you never know. They could always make some sort of permanent dock, with removable sections.

Yeah I have a tractor with a forks. I'm sure an engine lift would work or a hoist similar to a hardtop remover but stronger. If there was a permanent base with like 3 battery modules they could be managed with out much equipment.

I understand this is doubtful, only wishing/hoping .

If I could take it out and use it as power wall for my solar that would be even better.

I don't think they have it worked out yet just the idea to see how many are interested. I'll probably get it either way down the road. I want to know more before putting down payment. I have a cybertruck ordered now and also think ordering may make the wait longer.
