The ceremonial rear view mirror comes off with a single T20 bolt and underneath is a tab that folds up to hide the hole. Found it when installing a radar detector that uses the mirror stalk.

I didn't think to take any when I was doing the work. There is a YouTube video on removing the mirror, takes 5 minutes or less.

I had a hard time getting the access panel back on the mirror after which wouldn
@lowtek, see link below for instructions and pics:

It was easy and did it the first week I had the Cybertruck.
Thanks! I looked but never found that post. Took longer to find instructions than do the chore.

And there quite a few times where the "cermonial" is quite useful!

It's amazing how many people have never driven a box truck or hauled a trailer.

Also, you could consider mounting a 3D printed radar detector holder where the rearview mirror was to make that a useful space. I know this has been done on a uniden R8 before.

If I could find one I would, but I don't have a 3d printer

I've done it plenty, that is what side mirrors are for. The rearview in the CT won't even show your trailer.

I don’t have one either. PCBway made me an aluminum 3D printed one which made it really strong for about $65 because it was made of metal. It’s made in China and they DHL it as part of the price. It took a little over a week. I got it and dremmeled it in a few places to make sure it fit perfectly, then spray painted it with black rustileum paint. Looks OEM. I recommend those who do this to do it in aluminum for longevity and strength.

I would urge anyone deleting the rearview mirror and while having the big triangle cover off to glue a piece of Velcro soft side on the inside flap cover of the mirror base because without it, and with mirror removed, the large flat cover is not supported anymore and could start rattling from not even loud music

I noticed that. Not rattling yet, but if you touch it, it's obviously not secured.

Can't really visualize what you are proposing as a solution.

I was thinking about a strip of double sided tape somewhere. Not sure where.
