Got mine back today from the recall work and when using FSD, it was hugging every lane VERY far left. To the point, it was driving on the rumble strips, on lane lines etc. It was not usable it was so bad. See pic for reference.

I recalibrated the cameras and it appears to have fixed it.

Anyone else have this issue?

Whelp, for the truck back from the inverter replacement, both front and back. They managed to scuff the crap out the front lower valance and forgot 4 bolts , didn’t clip in the trim and damaged the wrap. Oh and the front drive motor is easily 2x louder than it was when you engage “slippery conditions” mode. Still love the truck, but service is a solid D. Talking to the service writer he seems exasperated by the techs. Pretty bummed.

And, this is just what was noticeable from casual exterior exam. Is there air in the coolant system, will you have coolant leaks in the future, are other assemblies improperly restored?

Yeah, the saga continues with what they screwed up on this. I was installing my snow tires and from the passengers side front could see a hating harness to the front drive unit dangling . Closer look and the blue cover that is supposed to clip on, the locking tabs were broken off and the wire harness was never clipped back in. Took it back to service and they had to replace the harness then a couple of days ago had wind noise that kept getting louder from the front. Pulled over and opened the frunk and see the upper cowling seals are pulling loose along with the lower windshield rubber. Turns out they didn’t put one of the push nuts on the cowl piece and left the 2 upper bolts for the frunk ou5 and just loose in the pockets. I got a hold of service again and now they say they might have to put a windshield in because those rubber parts are part of the windshield! I went home to put the frunk bolts in and saw the threads were chewed up on the ends and so I just pulled the frunk liner to see what else is going on. Looks like the coolant tank has been leaking because the cap was on crooked to the coolant reservoir and indeed the upper frunk mounts were cross threaded. I took pics and a video and sent it to the service writer who chastised me for running a tap through the mounts so I could bolt it back down. He said they needed to fix it and I should leave it alone. I’m open to advise if anyone has any on dealing with this. All the SC’s are 2 hours from me each way and this is my 4th trip to have them fix problems they created. I’ve ask for mobile service but they won’t do it.

Oh, they tried replacing the two piece seal with only the center portion?

So sorry to hear of the issues with your service experience. I had similar problems with my first and only service interaction for Cybertruck recalls. I regret agreeing to have them do the work. I’ve rescheduled the recall on the front and rear inverter. Based on the quality of the work done last time, I’m not sure I’d want to keep the truck after the service center does such an extensive disassembly. I don’t think they can be trusted to properly put it back together. I am unaware of any signs the inverter is malfunctioning.

Well the SC just text and said they can't get the adhesive on the new seals to stick to the windshield and they want to put a new windshield in. I had the upper portion of the current one tinted with an IR film which of course they said is on me. At this point, they disassembled 50% of the truck for the front and rear inverter replacement, botched many things during that and now can't get the seals right. I told them to hold off on the windshield replacement as I'm calling a lemon law attorney in the morning. I really loved driving this truck, but It looks like it was released before it was ready. I just saw guys are having to get the front doors replaced due to adhesive failure and I've had mine in for the rear quarter panel with an adhesive failure. Man, I'm bummed
