I remember watching some video where RJ mentioned that R1S had some surprises coming because R2 is so similar. Looks like R1T is getting a blow up too!

THis is good news. Especially because now they've seen CT and Silverado EV.

Which refresh did Tesla take a year to retool the factory?

While it may take a year to create the refresh, AFIAK, the retool is around 4 weeks or so.

AFAIK, none of those required a line to be shut down for a year, just a few weeks.
Heck, they've built lines in less than a year.

If Rivian doesn't move enough R1's and EDV's, refresh or not, there is no R2. Not enough cash in the bank to get there.

That'd be awesome. I'm hoping they can get full tax credit and be under 80 on the new one
