S/X refresh is live (and underwhelming)

If you don’t know why Tesla doesn’t make a conventional looking vehicle, then you just don’t understand Tesla…

I hope Tesla keeps bringing the products that sets Tesla apart from the rest..

but please leave the hype at the door…

I think that’s fair. Perhaps could have been a little less accusatory/confrontational but I generally agree. I’ve been a Tesla customer a long time too and I appreciate that sentiment, but I also think he has a point. The market would likely approve of a cybersuv.
Think about it, a seven or 8 seater that can do everything our trucks do? That would probably outsell the Escalade iq and such.

I don't either. The point is simply that that a new Model Y looks refreshed, and a new MS/MX doesn't. Looks aren't everything, but I would be willing to bet that a cool new look can help boost the sales of a refreshed model. The refreshed MS/MX won't get that boost.

I think it is because of sales numbers.
X/S don't move the needle at all compared to the Y

If Cybertruck sales don't increase the future development of a refresh and the numerous issues that need fixed with the CT will likely go ignored.
We can only hope that the CT sales numbers pick up.

It is quite mind-boggling that anyone would buy an X AWD for $90K over a CT AWD for $80K (or $72.5K for some people)
