There used to be a company that made a bunch of different sizes of 12VDC mattress pad heaters. I got a cot sized one I used heavily on my Aurora watching trips to Northern Minnesota in the winter. I bought mine back in 1994. Sadly it died a decade back. It was less than a third the cost of the REI one. This is the way J:

But there isn’t 12v in the bed you say? Powerstations pretty much all have one and then all you have to do is turn the vault plugs on briefly to charge them.
Space heaters make me nervous fire risk wise.
On Aurora watching nights I slept in the open bed of my pickup. I stayed up all night ensconced in my bed roll. When the sun came up I pulled the tarp over and slept. I didn't think twice about -20F nights. I used two 100 Ah Group 31 lead acid batteries to power it and the heaters in my "coolers" that kept my food from freezing. Most of the power from the batteries went into running the instruments I was measuring the Aurora with.
A search at Amazon finds a few choices. None the same as the one I had. In the back of the CT I think I would use a 120VAC heating pad. Many options are available.
