Sail Applique - Wrapped Vehicle - Problem?

Another one for this awesome group. My truck is wrapped. When the Service Center performs the voluntary recall work on the Sail Applique, will I have to replace the wrap on those two parts or is the work being done on the underside of the parts? Has anyone had this performed with a wrap?
