When I first got upgraded to v13 mid December, I noted that it seemed improved but was still crossing double yellow lines and even occasionally driving over medians when making left turns. That was after just a few days driving. However, since then it has not driven over a single median and I have been watching closely in the side cameras and it is not even crossing the double yellow lines. Since I have not had an OTA since then, I am wondering if Tesla updated some parameters to tune it in without needing a full update. Anyone know if they have this ability and make such tweaks between full OTA updates.

Mine had been doing this from the time I got it... I got a tip about a month ago from another user on this forum to recalibrate the cameras. Once I did that (took about 5 or 10 miles), it now drives "almost" perfect! Huge difference!!!

Yes, I didn't know you could do it (or even should do it) but it's harmless and works like a charm :). It's buried down in the settings.

Maybe a map data update? Those are not silently downloaded in the background. Some info on the map potentially also affect driving.

The cameras self calibrate, but no changes are made without an update. All cars publish road info and that also gets updated each drive and during the drive every 2 min.
