I like the custom sound feature. I hope they expand it out so I can have a suite of Sound Effects for different things. DoorOpen.wav, DoorClose.wav, Wipers.wav etc.

I think it's clear that the Cybertruck is truly hitting early, like founders = beta testing early, mainly given some of the functionality that's pending (FSD, locking diffs, etc.), so these updates are really exciting.

Would love to see any update on supercharger curves too, I feel like there's absolutely more potential there that will come in time.

Maybe Steam gaming on the horizon as well? Cyberpunk in the Cybertruck?

Unless this update results in a noticeable improvement in ride and handling and a better charging curve, I'll see it as mostly disappointing and frustrating.

We're paying a premium for features like Autopilot, FSD, locking diffs, etc. If Tesla expects me to be impressed because they're now including locking fart sounds and home charge reminders, I'm not.

The way I read this, is that before this update, preconditioning would always assume a supercharger was 250kW. Now, it will detect if the supercharger is 150, or 72kW, and only precondition the amount it needs to for that speed of charging. That way, you aren't wasting extra energy preconditioning for a level of power that you aren't drawing.

I wouldn't expect any major improvement honestly.
Quoting myself for the people who didn't see it. I don't see any reason to expect a better charging curve here. Don't set yourselves up for disappointment.

Not having Autopilot and FSD is definitely a bummer, but I guess that’s what early adopters sign up for. We either wait till everything is flushed out or get it sooner (not including 4 years wait) with the beta product. There is nothing in between, except frustration!
