When compared to legacy 1/2 tons it is a bit smaller. I'm not sure about front to back, but definitely side to side. In my Lightning I could fit a backward facing car seat and two booster seats loosely/comfortably. When I did that in the CT, I had to squeeze them together to make it work; the width was tight. Can it be done, sure but the Lightning was more spacious. Seemed fine for a family of four.

In general I'd call it big enough; but not as big as the competition.

I've had more people describe the inside of the back seat like a minivan than anything else. That F-150 must be huge!
Lots of trips taken with adults in the back and no complaints.

I was watching this video and around the 17 min mark they talk about the rear seat area being small. Is that the case? I know coming from my F150 the back seat area will be smaller but is it as cramped as they make it out to be?
You listen to Consumer Report content still?

I can see why you're confused about the roominess of the backseat. Consumer Reports hasn't been credible for ages.

How are the front seats for you 6'4+ guys? I think I heard some complaints about the headrest position for some.
I'm six-four and I love the comfortable front seats. The headrest position doesn't intrude at all, but I've never bought a new car where there wasn't a vocal contingent on forums saying the headrest was in the "wrong" position. It makes me think they drive like this:

Tesla Cybertruck Small / cramped rear seat area -- true? 1729364583462-qk

This happened on my Volvo S80, Mazda CX-5, Tesla Model 3 and, going back further, a VW Eurovan. But none of them contacted my head. I sit more like a performance driver, with a straight back, not a gangster. If the headrest of any modern car intrudes into your head, you probably should reappraise your preferred driving position because manufacturers tightly control seating and headrest positions for reasons of safety.

In the Cybertruck I have two seating profiles, my normal seating position for driving on public roads, and a special off-road seating position that's higher and more forward, and a little more upright. I love both of them for their intended purposes. As far as the backseat, I feel like there's plenty of room in back, more than almost anyone needs for sitting while travelling. I've ridden back there a few times in order to give other couples a chance to drive the Cybertruck and I have a bit of headroom to spare. But I'm "only" 6'-04", it's all relative, I bet a NBA player that was 7 feet tall wouldn't say the same thing.

IIRC like most of his cars, the front seat had to be repositioned like a foot back.
It looks like you just made that up, just like fake news does.

According to this, the exterior is highly modified and customized, but the inside is factory stock and provides plenty of room for his huge size:

Sigh.

This is why ad homimens are never a good look.

Plenty of room. I sometimes work and sleep in it. I bought a fold out sleeping platform from Amazon that is F-150-sized and it fits perfectly.

It’s in post #34 of this thread but here it is again https://a.co/d/fVRK85z. One thing I should point out is the anchor straps are designed for conventional adjustable headrests and will slide down the CT seat’s “shoulders.” I made a couple of hoops out of webbing that go around the seats at neck height and the straps loop around those.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY SAID BECAUSE I DIDNT WATCH IT BUT MY CT IS ANYTHING BUT CRAMPED. LOTS OF ROOM. WAY MORE THAN MY F-250'S AND MORE THAN MY TUNDRA SR5 TRD. I HAD A BUNCH OF GUYS (IN TWO TRUCKS) STOP ON THE ROAD IN FRONT OF OUR COTTAGE IN ONTARIO. THEY WANTED TO SEE THE CT. I SAID HECK. JUMP IN I'LL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE. ONE GUY IN THE FRONT AND FIVE GUYS IN THE BACK....NOW THAT MAY BE CRAMPED BUT I DON'T THINK IT IS CRAMPED IF YOU HAVE THREE IN THE BACK AT ALL.

I am 5'6 and my wife 5'2. We both find the head rest "Pointed part" extremely uncomfortable for road trips. Due to our hight our heads hit the point of the triangle head rest. I am thinking of customizing the seat and removing the pointed headrest. Only if you are above a particular hight will your neck align with the point in the headrest. It sticks out too far. This leaves a large space behind the neck of anyone 5'6" or shorter. Local driving I did not really care. Roadtrips were absolute torture. I have model Y and the headrests do not point out. Maybe that is a better way to go with Cyber. No I will not give up Cyber for a headrest but perhaps "design triangle" idea is not good for the Cyber seat?

I am also 5'6"/5'7" and have had no issue with the headrest. Maybe I sit up straighter so I don't hit it? We had neck rests for both our MY and our CT but on the CT they sat too high so we took them off. Something like that might also help out.
