So what's the consensus on tinting?

I went 30% front and sunroof, 5% all sides and rear window using Xpel XR+ . Nice to drive during the day and not have to use sunglasses in most scenarios, though I do have to roll down the sides sometimes while driving at night in traffic/ in the city just to make sure my blindspots' clear

The price I was given is without the roof. I'm in Oklahoma. I thought the most important thing was to have ceramic, not so much how dark the tint is? I'm not super informed on this. Any help is appreciated. I've had it for about 6 weeks now, so ready to move on this.

Where in Oklahoma? I got all my tints done by Integrity Customs. They are in Tulsa and OKC.

I’m planning to get ceramic tint to reduce heat. How much do I need to make sure the installer doesn’t allow too much water into the door (read some issues people got where the window or door was randomly opening)?

Good call flagging this. The CT door has a tight gap near the actuator assembly, and excessive water during installation can cause ghost door-open issues. Ask your installer if they've done a Cybertruck before — an experienced one will use minimal slip solution and squeegee dry from the center outward before closing.
