The best way to combat range anxiety is with faster charging. If I can fill an EV in 5 minutes, then it has feature-parity with ICE.
A bigger pack extends range, but charging time too.

It talks about LFP and specially built cells but they used cobalt batteries in the prototype.
...which makes me wonder how expensive this pack was, and if it has the same safety (flex and fire) as Tesla's.
