Before I did this my baseline reading at 70MPH on the highway was 65dB. It was pretty quiet.
After putting down the butyl and foam mats it dropped down to 62dB. So I would say it’s noticeable, but I’m gonna try to make it quieter!

We had some high winds on Sunday, so I can't count that as a good test. I went for another test drive today and it was VERY quiet. The reading was 58dB. Making it a 7dB drop from baseline!!
