Stainless trim for Cybertruck Bed surround

So we’ve been working on a stainless tailgate cap and sail panels for quite some time. Not sure why it ever seemed like a good idea to make all the areas around a truck bed out of cheap plastic but they did. If you’re interested we have created a 5 piece kit to replace all cheap plastic around the bed surround in 14 guage stainless. The sail panels install over the existing sail panels. You have to remove the little plastic trap doors over the roof rack attachment points. Preparations are being made for attachment of future Stainlss Steel roof rack cross bars. Tail gate cover requires popping off plastic tailgate cap with a flat screw driver and then removing 5 torqx screws on the inside tailgate lip and using same screws to secure the new cap.

Those are already available from another guy here… Lucky’s Fab shop. We’re going for the stainless look….

So the young man making them is trying to get up to speed by creating an Instagram page etc but for now you just have to e mail him. It’s so new he’s still trying to figure out exact pricing. Once this takes off, and I think it will, he’ll have to get his digital ducks in a row… He works at metalcraftproducts.net if you want to look up the business and make sure he’s legit but he’s doing it on his own as a side project with the owners blessing.

Now that all the dimensions are worked out he’s beginning to design stainless roof rack cross bars that will bolt into the attachment points. They’re gonna look slick!

Ok I pinned Jasper down on pricing.
Will be sold as follows

1. Tailgate cover and 2 Lower Sail Panels plus any necessary hardware. $1600

2. Tailgate cover alone. $550

3. Add lower sail panels later $550 each

4. Add upper sail panels above doors. $300 each.
Pricing does not include tax or shipping.

This will be top notch quality. All seams will be TIG welded and metal finish will mimic original Tesla metal finish. Made in America

He is now taking deposits of 50% first come first served. Should be at your door in 4 weeks from order.
