I am i the only one that is having problem with the cybertruck staying powered on sometimes? The truck stays unlocked, HVAC on, radio playing, lights on, just like you in it?

Mine goes off even if you are in it for a few minutes without telling the brake or other controls. It will stay unlocked it I have a Bluetooth key close or inside the truck. I would also check to make sure you don’t have card keys close that is powering up the truck.

Card keys require contact with the sensor, just having one nearby is insufficient. Leaving a card in the center tray would do it.

Walk-away locking requires the setting to be activated in the truck, as well as a compatible phone running the Tesla app and with BT on.

It's possible there's a problem with the BT sensors in the truck, but in that case you'd think that walk-up unlock would be impaired also.

I had this problem and it took me the longest time to figure out what was happening. Are you using some sort of seatbelt attachment or leaving the passenger seat buckled because if you are that’s your problem.

I got a leash attachment for my dog and was leaving that plugged into the passenger seat if you do that the car will not turn off because for whatever reason they’ve programmed it to believe that that means somebody’s in the passenger seat and the car won’t turn off until you unbuckle that and then close the passengers.

Super annoying dumb behavior. Unlike any other vehicle. And more over it shouldn’t be necessary because with the in cabin radar it shouldn’t need this dumb logic as a stand in for knowing whether somebody’s in the car or not.

I hope that’s what’s going on with you. Because the fix is exceedingly simple. Just unbuckle that before you unbuckle yourself.
