TONNEAU COVER STUCK AT 5 INCHES OPEN ... on long roadtrip ... any known fixes?

Mine's doing this. I can pull the left side a little to make it seal. Is there a service bulletin on this?

No service doc currently shows up.
I had mine fixed on October under warranty, they replaced the entire cover.
