Supercharging Fail while using Power Outlets

I’m genuinely not trying to stir the pot here but I did this very thing just yesterday. Charged my Ecoflow power station while charging the car at the supercharger. I’ll grab you a video when I’m off work. The nice thing is you should be able to see the input displayed on the Ecoflow screen.
I’m not sure why that didn’t work for you. Was the plug maybe tripped by the stark varg or the scooter or both? Did you try check the outlets and mods screen for the reset?

Yeah, the entire Outlet menu is grayed out while supercharging, I am u able to control it. I'll make a video of the entire issue and post it. Thanks for your input.

The manual does not specifically prohibit outlet use during Supercharging, but it does call out AC charging:

I think the issue is more that their service center is misinformed and one would expect them to be a knowledgeable authority.
