Just had these installed today

Tesla Cybertruck Switched to Hankook Ion HT 275/65/20 on Cyberwheels to try & boost efficiency IMG_1552

Ride seems better, steering a bit better too (maybe narrower width)

Range is excellent so far, slightly better than pirellis

They work with both stock core size or 18” wheel in computer without errors (core are 1.4% larger diameter and 18” are 1.2% smaller making speed and distance the inverse)

Only negatives
Slightly louder (only very slight)
No sensors inside (not sure if this is a big negative or not but the stock tires had a sensor in it

Looks great. Thanks for confirming that there are no errors or alerts.
Did you change the wheel size in the service menu in your CT or did you keep the Core wheels selected?

I drove home with core selected then drove to work with 18s

No real perceivable difference, 18s have closer tire diameter but both are very close….i may switch back to 20 though so the CT on the screen has the correct wheels pictured and just keep in mind the 1.4% range/speed

The winter package has this size with core wheels (or at least it did) but I didn’t change to that because I wasn’t sure if it would alter front/rear bias or regen

Another update after a couple hundred miles.
these have been excellent so far, ride is a bit better than pirellis, steering seems a touch better. fine in the rain too.

range is excellent, so far a bit better than Pirellis

very happy with my decision, they even look good (better in person than pictures)

What sensor is that? And how is (or would it be) used? When I switched to the Hankook I didn’t notice anything “working differently”

I was wondering the same

Looks like it might be the following:
https://www.pirelli.com/tires/en-us/car/tech-and-knowledge/cyber-tire

Pressure measurement isn’t needed but I guess temperature, rotational speed, traction….maybe good to have but not sure how much the CT was even using the data if at all, no real change that I notice.
