My understanding of the CT finish is they start with 120 grit sandpaper on a DA sander and work up to 320 or so, I'd bet a similar process would remove most if not all of those scratches.

I did indeed bring these up at delivery. They tried to clean them but when they realized how bad they were they stated that they will put in a request for replacement panels but that they don’t anticipate getting those panels in anytime soon. At least they’ve made note of it and I will definitely share my experience when they replace the panelThose are pretty terrible honestly. Did they have anything to say about it at the delivery center? I'd be asking for a new panel at the very least. Wrap or no wrap, those are pretty deep.
Literally just spoke to company wrapping the truck. They’re going to see what they can do. I’ll be filming tomorrow the installation process so I can provide an update on the scratches at that point.Wow. That will show up on a wrap.
Stay on them about it. In my experience, anything they put in the system to deliver to you, they won't. They will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you to sign off on the vehicle. I'm still waiting for a charge port door for my 21 model Y, which they swore on 3 or 4 separate occasions that they would actively let me know when they got one in and come out to install it.I did indeed bring these up at delivery. Luckily my other big problem on delivery, a chipped side window, was something they had in stock, and I made them install it while I sat there and waited.
