What is the potential tax savings for having a home energy back up with the power all unit? I was told by one of the people that bid on Q-merit that if you install a battery back up system, you can Get Huge credit from Sdg&e $35,000? Was this the truth or was this just blowing smoke up my butt?

You don't need it. Just install a 50 amp inlet. A generator inlet on a 60 amp breaker works fine. That's what I do.

That is a great idea! Have you test it already? I wonder if we need have the Tesla Powershare Gateway to allow Cybertruck to power the house? Could that be software locked by Telsa for any thrid party house powershare? Or this inlet will just ignore it, power the house just like power an electric appliance? Thank you. Just about to make the decision to install or not the Powershare bundle.
