All Model Y's now fall under the $80k price cap including the Performance trim. 5-Seaters or 7-Seaters all the same now. ?

All Model 3's fall under the $55k cap - Unchanged.

My order is in for a Dual Motor. Which comes in just below that ceiling.
But I also have FSD on my order. Will this disqualify my CyberTruck since it's now OVER $80k ??

Software like FSD doesn't count to that number, but if you get any upgrades like AT tires, white interior, or anything Tesla breaks off as an upgrade, it will put you over.

That said, the CT still hasn't been registered by Tesla to qualify for the tax credit. It may next year, but it's also just as likely that it won't. I wouldn't count on it.
