Ok so i'm not alone here... Have you tried anything I didnt mention already? If it was being hacked i'd think it would be a more widespread problem.
I tried turning off the UWB like some had suggested; same. I tried deleting the sotware and reloading, that didn't help either ?

Yikes.. My next step was going to be to delete the software also and reinstall, but I was waiting till I get home from work to do it. Guess thats not gonna help either. I cant even get into the app to chat with service about it. Please keep me posted if you find any solutions (i'll do the same)

Ok. Here is what worked for me. Go into your Tesla app and into the storage. There, clear out your data, followed by your cache. Reboot your phone. Now re-setup your app. Done! Good luck y'all
High likelihood the culprit is a bug stored in our data.

I managed to get mine working too, but as. you mentioned I couldn't even get into the app to clear any data, it would just crash on starting it. For future reference incase anyone else has this problem. What I did was go into the truck and turn it on, deleted the app from my phone, rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app, then did the whole setup phone key again. Seems to be working ok now.

Sorry, I meant to go into your Android phone's settings and click on the Apps tab, click on Tesla and click on storage. There, you can clear the data first, then the cache.

I had this problem as well with a Galaxy S23 Ultra but after cursing at the app a few times and hammering on the screen with my finger it has started working fine again. ? good to know there are some more technical alternatives....

Looks like we may have additional issues with the current android app. I was able to get it working by clearing data, rebooting and re-setup. But, its eating battery pretty badly and this is with my car parked where sentry is NOT activated

I've tried both clearing cache and memory, restart and reinstall and i keep getting a notification that the app stopped working, while the app is still open and operational. There is currently bug with the app and newest android OS.
