Hi Zane,
Also my first Tesla as well. My experience has been similar. Been to service twice for multiple issues. The loaner is great and the people seem nice.
However, they also seem lazy. If an issue isn't a 'known issue' with explicit instructuon they seem generally clueless AND put in zero effort to figure out a solution. Here are two examples:
1) door misaligned. At both service visits I had an issue. It's minor and although they fixed the alignment of the single door, it was clear they didn't look at both doors to ensure everything was aligned on that side of the car. They just did the minimum.
2) My CT vibrates 25% into regen between 43-53mph. It's super annoying. Others on here have had the same same issue, with the only fix being a front motor replacement. Service told me although abnormal it's not affecting performance so they didn't fix it. Abnormal vibrations are never a good sign. I was pissed and told them I'll bring it back at a later time to get fixed. Either way, no drive to solve the problem.

My Benz dealer, although less efficient, is much more thorough and thoughtful.

That's my experience and thoughts in a nutshell.
Interested in these vibrations you mention. Wdym, 25% vibration and is a true vibration or more of a fluttering noise mainly heard on decel?
I get a fluttering noise 40 to 55 most notable on the first drive of the day. Then seems to mellow out, still there but muted.

Can completely relate to you and I just put all of my feedback into the survey they sent me, strange thing is the survey didn't ask anything about service it was all about how I like different aspects of the vehicle and FSD so I had to add it in additional feedback section. I think Tesla knows this is their weak spot and I really hope they get it fixed soon. My CT went into the service center almost 2 weeks ago and I only just got an update that they have found the part and will update me when it is ready, so I will reverify what rattle/vibration I am getting and when and circle back with you to collaborate.

Circling back with you. Picked up truck Tuesday after it had been there for just over 2 weeks awaiting parts for the new Dash Trim that was damaged by the service center when they were replacing the dash mesh which was on my delivery check list due to multiple snags in the material. Anyway, all was fixed and seems to be fine now...finally. They even installed the long awaited wheel covers. I am satisfied and happy to have my CT back. The rattle I was getting I am pretty sure was from the dash mesh section not being properly clipped down which has been resolved. Fingers crossed that I am now in the clear and can really enjoy it. Perfect timing as there are storms coming into the Bay Area and I am looking forward to using that massive wiper...LOL. Sending best wishes that your CT gets whatever it needs.

Thanks for the follow up! Glad things worked out and you'll finally be able to really enjoy the truck!

They've been fantastic in my experience. Fixed what I called out, and took care of issues I don't.

I owned my Tesla Model S now for 6 and have had mobile service out twice (my wife broke off a visor, and more recently my trunk latch faulted). Beyond that I’ve had my Tesla in to the service center only two times (window would say it’s open when it wasn’t, and I did the MCU2 upgrade).

The times I’ve had with the service center locally and via mobile service has been very pleasant, but my issues were not severe or disruptive. I do have concerns that I’m going from an extremely reliable vehicle to one that’s had a host of upfront issues but we will see how it plays out with my VIN right near the 40k mark. I’m hoping for the best.
Same experience. Last week was my first trip to a service center in 5 years of owning Tesla's.

I think what people are failing to realize is you bought a car as an early adaptor that you should have known possibly has a few things to iron out. Also trust me when I say I’m not making excuses for some of the dumb things I’ve hear people working there do but also understand these people are a bit lost them selfs. I would doubt if some of them are on here trying to learn things from all of us. It’s a new thing a new car to market they have little experience and little training regarding it. Some patients goes a long way. We all live in a world of “I want it right now”. Trust me go to a Chevy dealer service department or others (ima. Chevy guy not hating ) and I promise 9 out of 10 times you will walk out bull legged wondering what just happen to you !! A service at a dealer is my very last last and let me say last resort if I can’t fix it or figure it out my self
