Hi fellow Cybertruck owners! Many of you have been paying attention to the Tesstudio® Cybertruck Screen Swivel & Tilt Mount (the one on the official website: https://www.tesstudio.com/products/cybertruck-screen-swivel-tilt-mount-rotating-holder-tesstudio®). Today, I want to share two important updates with everyone, and also thank you for your feedback all along!
1. Key Difference Between V1 and V2: No Reduction in Screen Height
Many of you were worried that the screen would be lowered after installing the mount, affecting driving visibility or operation. The V2 version has specifically optimized this issue — compared to V1, V2 retains the "360° rotation + multi-angle tilt" functions, while completely not reducing the original height of the screen. After installation, the screen position remains the same as the original vehicle state, which neither damages the interior coordination nor affects daily use. It will be more friendly for friends who pursue the original factory adaptation.
2. Installation Issues with the First Batch of Mounts: After-Sales Support Available, R&D Upgrades in Progress
In addition, I want to address the installation issues with the first batch of mounts: if any of you encountered difficulties during installation (such as misalignment, unstable fixation, etc.), don’t worry — just contact the brand’s after-sales customer service for one-on-one installation support. The customer service team will provide detailed step-by-step guidance and even help troubleshoot problems remotely.
I have also compiled and fed back the common installation issues from the first batch to the R&D team. Currently, the team is urgently working on upgrades and adjustments, and the optimization is expected to be completed by early October. The mounts of subsequent batches will completely solve these installation pain points, so you can feel free to pay attention to the new releases later.
Finally, a big thank you to all of you for your genuine feedback — it’s these suggestions that help the product keep improving! If you have other questions or ideas about usage, feel free to share and discuss in the comment section!
