Teslas mission is only truly won, when every manufacturer is sustainable.
Am I reading this wrong? Are you saying that Tesla needs to worry about all the other manufacturers success? To me, Tesla just needs to worry about Tesla.

Tesla's goal is to transition to a sustainable energy future by selling cars. Trying to bankwupt legacy auto is not relevant to that goal, but encouraging EV sales is better for everyone.

They are not adding CSS adapters to Superchargers just to make money on electrons.

What CyberGus said above, plus the fact that Tesla cannot do the transition for everyone if other manufacturers are taking up those physically limited resources, like mine extraction and labour force. So Tesla needs to get everyone to change and then they achieve their goal.

That's why they open source their patents too. Read this from their site:

https://www.tesla.com/en_au/blog/all-our-patent-are-belong-you

That means they do worry about other manufacturers, but don't let that stop them from Tesla innovating.

I don't think "worry" means what you think it means.

I think you have more words in you...explain your version then.

EM and therefore Tesla "worry" about people and this planet, it's a part of "thinking sustainably" to consider the impact of what you do on others as well.

Look at all the market research they do on their investor days, and how it includes analysis of what every other manufacturer must do too.

You do know Tesla does not outsell other Chinese EV brands in volume right? So technically they are having a larger impact on transitioning to EVs.

Tesla is not "the world", it is just a part of it.

Although the 420 x $100 bill-priced CyberTuck will certainly make a huge dent in various imperfect aspects of society and the world, it is NOT the cure to the world's problems or even those of the USA.

The USA has currently 96 operating, functioning nuclear power plants.

We need 420 of them.

Tri-motor will be $69,420. Come back here at the end of 2023 Q3 lol
Perfect pricing. I can hear wife now.

"No, I didn't get the base model for 42,000. I uh, got on that was higher."

"That was already high. How much higher?"

"Uh..... 69,420."

"......."

I really hope at some date, Tesla puts Supercharger profits from "Other-EVs" in their Quarterly reports. It's almost along the line of profits from "credits". ;)

I know the final cost of the Cyber Truck has been discussed many times before. Since we are getting closer to the release date (late Q3), and new information about manufacturing efficiencies have been released; what do you think the Dual and Tri Motor variants will cost and why?

Dual Motor: $35K
Tri Motor: $45K

1. Demand has decreased and prices have been lowered for all TESLA vehicles.
2. Fewer robots being used combined with the casting process and no paint, have significantly reduced manufacturing costs.
3. TESLA has the ability to scale very quickly.
OK, it's official. We at CTOC officially are adopting this pricing scale. It is binding and can't be undone. Make it so.
Done.

Those 'Crystal Balls' Elon referenced are seeing $59,790. ( A mere 420 $10 bills away ) :)

Look, I'm afraid there have been some misunderstandings. It's not just that Twitter was all bought back by Musk at 42.00 per share. Or that the Big Rocket launched on 4/20. It is the very number system itself. Although we were all taught in school that we had a base 10 number system, computering nerds have known there was base 8, base 16, base 2...

And history tells us that the Babylonians used base 60.

Now we are entering the era of base 420 math. It's only the first hints of this are simple things like Cybertruck pricing at 42,000. Just to get people started thinking that way...

Recently it's been discovered that the Babylonians had Trig Tables to go with their base 60 math. 420 is only the prime "7" times 60.

Well, I got news for you. The Cybertruck IS the trig table! It's been right there in front of us all this time. What did you think those angles were for?

If this seems complicated, don't worry. We got AI. AI can help with 420 math, also known as High Math.
