Unhinged mode is hilarious. I’ve used it on my iPhone before. I asked ‘why do labs slam their snout in your crotch when they want to be pet?’ And it gave a hilarious answer.

Looking forward to the day Grok will notify me that someone has been tailing me for an extended time, or that the person a few cars ahead seems to be intoxicated, there's a cop hiding on the right ahead, or 3 people are approaching the vehicle. All of these are actually useful, and we’re not far off from these kind of features.

looks like the roll out has slowed down.. I wonder if Grok's become a little too unhinged? Was hoping to get it over the weekend, but seems the opposite is happening

Rave is only available in park mode, but music sync works all the time, similar to rainbow road. I have the update for a few days now. Grok was helping me learn a new language while I was driving, which I found a good use of my time with it, I also asked it for a weather report and simple stuff like this. I use AI all the time, just not accustomed to use it in the car yet

Does anyone know if Music Sync to Lights is only available in park, or is that just for Rave Mode? I would assume it's only available in park, but- maybe someone knows for sure?

Got the e-mail promotion about adding AI in 2025.26, but my most recent update was 2025.20.6 NOT 26, so looks like a lot of interim versions 21, 22, 23, ... before we see 26.

Using it to learn a new language is a great idea. Will have to try that if I ever get it…

Kinda crazy how the loaners get the Grok update before owners.

I remember one trick back in 2021/22 was to get the vehicle onto the service center WiFi and it would push the latest update. I did it once on my Y back then. All I had to do was drive into the lot and let the car connect to WiFi. Wonder if that still works…

I did take the 2025 2026 download on July 14, but I’m not seeing anything in the system or even in the preset audio. From what I understand the Grok icon appears on your dash. Still have not seen that.
