It means your regen is limited.

No reason to make it red, that would give indication that something is "wrong" when there isn't.
I though blue was for limited, yellow for caution, red for failure, green for good to go?

My Zero doesn't tell me a warning when regen is limited (it would be nice) but my Mazda tells me when the engine is cold with a blue symbol.

Why would regen be limited and why would it give you an indication for it? Not hitting the brakes often enough? Travelling uphill for a long period?

From my understanding, if your battery is full or cold there may be no place to put the regenerated power thus it would not use regen braking. There is a configure to use brakes instead of regen when the battery is not able to accept it. Selecting this will make the CyberTruck drive the same no matter the condition.

Regen can get limited if you install aggressive winter tires, too. The system will eventually recalibrate.
