Been reading a lot of threads on washing but I really just want to be comfortable taking it through a touchless car wash. However, there are many different options, i.e. basic, the works, etc.
What has been working for people and what hasn't?

I've been washing mine at a touchless car wash for months on a weekly to several times a week basis. No issues. Chassis bath and standard wash options.

Make sure the truck is in wash mode.

I just use a laser wash, a touchless pressure wash with just soap/degreaser, power wash, spot free rinse, dry. All the other stuff I don't really care about or don't need like tire shine, wax, etc

Good to know! Do you use just the basic or get a wash with the additional coatings?

I just get the basic w/ a chassis wash. I did this for months before getting a wrap. No issues prior or after with the wrap. I didn't want to use to many chemicals on the metal.

Same as others. Touchless wash for almost two months now, minimum once a week often more. Mid level wash cycle to get extra high pressure wash. Normally microfiber dry like I have every vehicle I have owned.
Just did a 650 mile trip (today) and only place I could find was a “truck wash” made for rigs. They blasted the bugs off and I microfiber dried it after. Easiest vehicle I have owned to keep clean (maybe because I was own black rides).

I just go to the self wash every two weeks or less. I rinse, use the foaming brush w/ soap, then rinse. Comes out great every time.

Automatic wash does not mess with the wrap?
