Just read that too. I still hope Elon is right about going cameras all the way. Seems necessary to use lidar as a backup, but then again, people dont have lidar, but people have better depth perception than camera images being judged by AI and probably faster (at least for now.)

I cant see redundancy being a bad thing. So maybe the answer is what GM says they have - a combination of all of the techs. That's above my pay grade, but im excited for the day it comes.

Not IN the Tron mode package, but in the actual soundtrack? Yes... The whole soundtrack is Trent/Atticus produced and Nine Inch Nails performed. A good amount of songs with lyrics, and some "instrumental" songs, like those off the Ghosts albums...

Na...no such question as a stupid question. I am logged into my Apple Music account through the in vehicle app, I just stream it through there or bluetooth, from my phone.

Not sure if it's BC i have Apple Music linked or if it's packaged in (good money for NIN, if so) but- i just got update and it played the whole soundtrack as soon as the splash screen went off.

Yeah. That clanky turn signal is the only thing I truly wish I could turn off.
I wish they’d develop the mars mode/space x stuff a little more. There is so much cool starship stuff now and I always felt it wasn’t quite fleshed out enough.
I could 100% go for a Batmobile mode which I’m positive the many many black wrapped truck owners would also like.
A Marty Mcfly mode would be awesome. Especially as it pertains to launch mode.
I’d appreciate a jet airliner mode.
Maybe an x-wing or tie fighter mode. Even an enterprise or enterprise shuttle mode.
Just some ideas. Come on Tesla, us nerds are still your core audience.

Well I had no idea what to expect and the day after I got the update I arrived to work a little early, so I decided to turn it on in the parking garage. Woah! So LOUD so RED. The walk away lock sound scared a co worker. I’m glad you’re all enjoying it. I prefer tranquil bluish greenish lights and the walk away quack.
