Trouble using PowerShare voucher

I called 877-798-3752 and chose an option that got me to a person, can't remember which one. They had me send them a screenshot of the invalid voucher message. A few days later I received a text that my voucher had been reinstated. However, now the stuff I wanted to order is not all in stock so I haven’t tried to use the voucher yet.

I screwed up my order and canceled it and that invalidated the voucher code. I was able to get them to reissue me a new code by sending an email to:

[email protected]
I sent an email to that address and got a response that it’s not a valid email address for tesla anymore. They’re so hard to get hold of.

Has anyone else had trouble using their PowerShare voucher in the Tesla shop? The last 2x the snow tires have shown up in stock, I've tried to purchase with the voucher only to have it say "invalid voucher code". I can't get Tesla to answer on the customer service email and messaged service through the app and no answer there either. I love my Cybertruck, but service or trying to talk to a human there is miserable.

My voucher for the $700 credit wouldn’t work. I got the same error you displayed.

texting in the app didn’t fix it, email didn’t fix it, visit to the Tesla store didn’t fix it, first 2 phone calls didn’t fix it. On my third call I spoke with a nice woman in Utah who resolved the problem. The voucher code was changed and I wasn’t notified. She read me the correct new code and the purchase went through using the Tesla web site.

I have had the same experience albeit without ability to contact anybody. By chance, do you have a number or email for this woman in Utah? I also need an updated code.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Karen myself. I last heard from her Dec 11th saying she was waiting for the Tesla Shop team to resolve the issu. I've text her 3x since then for updates but she has ghosted me. Had to just pay out of pocket for the snow tires :-(

I drive to our local Tesla Dealer and just walk up to the service desk when I need help. So far that has worked for me. They keep a human there, and Tesla seems to have preference for the younger-friendly type.

I would, but the closest service center is just over 2 hours away

But what options did you select when you get the automated voice? None of them seem to fit this issue with my $2,500 certificate number becoming unusable after I bought windshield wiper?

I tried my local service center and they have no idea about this issue with the PowerShare certificate number becoming invalid after you buy a single item.

I don’t remember. I hung up and tried several options until I got connected to a live person.

Has anybody returned something they purchased using the voucher? I order some clothes that didn’t fit and sent them back but have not received any credit.

As follow up, although the order went through in the online store, the items were never delivered and all records of the transaction in my order history disappeared.

So far, repeated efforts to use the voucher have been unsuccessful.
