There is a reason the Model X and S can play Steam games and our Cybertrucks can't... I suspect the engineer that gleamed this data actually stated its for Model X and S is correct. Cybertrucks do not have the memory that the model S and X get.

What seems to work for me is to turn on FSD, then I immediately use voice command "turn wiper off". This makes it so you don't have to hit the wiper button (thus causing an initial unwanted wipe) just to touch the off option on the screen or scroll down to it to turn the wiper off. It also seems to stay off for the remainder of my drive. My windshield can get quite occluded with water from rain or road spray and it won't come on unless I tell it to or I push the wiper button. When I do this it still just wipes the windshield the one time and stays off. So at least for me, I just have to remember to voice "wiper off" when turning on FSD and I'm good.
