Took delivery in May. I can remember two, maybe thee times that myQ showed an error but recovered within a couple seconds. I wonder what makes it so unreliable for some?

I literally just gave in and signed up for the 10 year MyQ subscription, only good thing is it works on my wife’s Model Y so I just accepted it. It has worked flawlessly with opening and closing on based on geolocation. You can have as many tesla vehicles on the same account.

They haven’t even come up with a CCS adapter for cybertruck or made their CHAdeMO adapter compatible with cybertruck. Tesla DGAF

Homelink doesn't work in my community gate, and the MyQ Wireless garage adapter doesn't really work on the community gate even though I have full access to that gate (on the HOA board) with wifi nearby as well. It has a lot of safety features that are designed from a home garage that i can't hack onto the community gate.

My community uses myQ for both the Resident and visitor gates……you can get an app for your cell phone. One can also tie in their home garages in one bundle. I just open the app when I am a few minutes from the gate.

Only problem with the MyQ subscription and Tesla, it only works on Garage doors, not gates. I have a liftmaster gate which is MyQ compatible, shows up in my MyQ app. However, when I tried out the 30 day subscription trial on the Tesla, the gates are not yet compaitble. Sucks. Come on Tesla!

Looks like an ethernet wired MyQ controller, not wifi. Also not sure how it would work to replace something like this at my gate:
