Yea would be one thing if it was just an unknown business and random "valet" but to put the specific small business on blast for something they did not to is beyond irresponsible.

Jay Leno said in the last Cybertruck video he did..."I don't let anyone VALET my vehicles." He went on to say that he will ask them if he can park it himself and he still will tip them. Then he said, "If it is VALET ONLY, they don't get my business and I just eat somewhere else."

I've been doing exactly what Jay does for years with all my cars, I showed that episode to my wife and she now realizes I am not the only one that won't let just anybody drive/park any of our cars.
Sometimes I uber or let a friend drive just to get around the dilemma at the restaurant or club.

The problem is that so many places with tight parking require a Valet.
Granted if you are at a place with a Valet it is likely not your daily work truck, so most of these Valet issues are for vanity vehicles.
