Vehicle Hold Feature unavailable

Hello All,
I have had my AWD (214xx) for a little over a week and less than 500 miles. I love it.
However, I recently had experienced a problem getting it into gear and the yellow "brake" warning indicator is displayed.

I was hoping for some self-troubleshooting tips.


Symptoms:

• Yellow brake warning is displayed (DL_a245)
• Error on screen "Vehicle Hold feature is unavailable"
• Won't let me shift into gear using the UI unless brake is fully depressed
• Sometimes have to use the column on the windshield.
• Warning says it is safe to drive

I've attempted:

• Using the "Power Off" button in the Safety menu
• Rebooted using the steering wheel button

Take it to service.

How long ago did you create the Service Request. Have you got the repair estimate back yet? If not, they haven't had a chance to process the queue yet.
Let them know that the truck is undrivable.

Tesla is replacing the brake booster under warranty. I'm impressed with Tesla support, the process was very smooth.
