It took 3 or 4 visits to the SC to get my vibration problem resolved. The first step is checking wheel balancing. Test drives with a tech are routine with vibration issues. My vibration was subtle so some techs were not convinced the vibration was abnormal. In the end they used a vibration measuring instrument to capture the vibration frequency and amplitude. Both motors were replaced. Use the Tesla app to schedule a visit with a description of your issue. Good luck. How did you or Tesla figure out what the problem was. I just started feeling a vibration while I drive as well. It fees like something is out of alignment. It's a consistent wobble type vibration. Any suggestion how to communicate it to Tesla to get them to figure it out?
